HUB FACE: The distance from one hub face to the other. Hub face is also known as the mounting surface.

SPRING CENTERS: The distance from center of one spring to the center of the other. The spring seats (mounting plate) can be mounted over (overslung) or under (underslung) the axle. Please specify when ordering.

RELIABLE HINTS: If tip of spindle to tip of spindle is known, subtract 5.82 to get hub face. If brake flange face to brake flange is known, add 8.75 to get hub face.
Axles are available in a beam only, with hubs or drums assembled and greased, and also with leaf springs mounted. Also, make sure you ask your salesperson about the patented Sure Lube system.
